Bernie Preisz
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Preisz brings over three decades of coordination and technical experience in the nuclear power industry. His professional background includes assignments ranging from plant startup engineering to CEO/Senior Vice President of major staffing operations. His proven success in the management, coordination and oversight of large technical contracts and multiple projects at nuclear, fossil, and government facilities have earned him the respect of industry leaders.
Lisa Preisz
Vice President of Administration
Mrs. Preisz brings to Bernie’s Team her 34 years of experience in high-level customer service and administration: in payroll & benefits, invoicing, training & tracking, budget & expenses, regional security system, OSHA reporting, accident reviews, records management, resume & candidate tracking, new hire onboarding, liability & worker’s compensation coverages, and contract administration between executive staff and utility sites.
Randy Howell
Vice President of Technical Services
Mr. Howell possesses over 40 years Power Generation experience, primarily Nuclear Power. Experience includes Operations, Procedures, Project Management, Engineering, Training, ISFSI, Maintenance Rule, Design, Quality, and Start-Up. He was previously Operations Manager of large valve services company and Shift Manager of a Nuclear Power Plant. Mr. Howell’s supervisory experience includes Union and Non-Union personnel. His Nuclear Power experience includes BWRs and PWRs. Mr. Howell has experience in Marketing of assigned regions for large Contract firms and managing Site Contracts for up to 120 people.
Mr. Howell has held high-level industry licenses and certifications including the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s SRO and RO licenses and 10CFR50.59 Screener qualification, ANSI Level I, II, III Startup as well as the ANSI Level II QC Mechanical, Mechanical Planner, and Technical Reviewer certifications.
Scott Atwater
Subject Matter Expert – Dry Cask Storage & NRC Inspections
Mr. Atwater is a nuclear industry veteran. His thirty-seven years of commercial nuclear experience include twenty-seven power stations, two Department of Energy sites, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Mr. Atwater not only performed on site, but has reviewed in excess of sixty-two (62) nuclear ISFSI’s and performed numerous crane inspections and corrections.
